Good News and Bad News...

First the bad news, a slight delay in production means that the CDs will not be ready for the 14th, however they are at the pressing plant and the delay should only be a matter of days.

On the plus side here's a picture of a sample badge made for approval before the production run. Looking quite smart I think you'll find.

This review at daggerzine.com passed me by

"SLINGSBY HORNETS- SOMETHING OLD..SOMETHING NEW… EXPERDITION HOTDOG- Glam-soaked power pop from this UK bunch who were nice enough to include a guitar pick (and sticker) inside their cd case. Heavy on the whooshing synthesizers and pumped-up guitars this band seems like they know how to have a good time with songs like “Pinball” “Are Friends Electric?” and “The Devil May Care.” About half of these are covers so this batch of tunes Is fun. www.myspace.com/theslingsbyhornets"
